Application Requirements
- Have completed their first year in college
- Have a cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Be a first-generation and low-income college undergraduate OR a member of a group underrepresented in doctoral studies (including African Americans, Latino/Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans)
- Have an ambition to earn a doctoral degree and become a college or university faculty member
