The annual Professional Development and Retention Conference provides an opportunity for new and returning graduate students from underrepresented groups to meet faculty and staff. The goals of the conference are to assist graduate students in acclimating to the University Park campus; to provide networking opportunities among students, faculty, and staff; to provide information about the University's support services; and to provide information and insights regarding graduate studies and the Penn State community.
