Graham Endowed Fellowship
The Graham Endowed Fellowship fund is used to give Penn State a competitive advantage in recruiting outstanding graduate students. The fund provides supplementation awards of up to $4,000 for first year of study to highly recruited students who are given assistantships, departmental fellowships, or who are recipients of external assistantships or fellowships. If justification is provided, two-year awards may be awarded. The Graduate School's University Graduate Fellowships and Bunton-Waller Graduate Awards Program and the GEM master's program are not eligible for the Graham Endowed Fellowship funds.
Nominating procedures:
Departments must work with their associate deans for research to select their most competitive incoming students. The nominating department must provide an assistantship or a full fellowship or the student must have an external fellowship (not from the Graduate School) that allows supplementation.
